So much time is put into planning a wedding, the hours dreaming about the ONE perfect day. All the details, colors, dress, food, invitations, flowers and the moments spent with your fiancé, family & friends. And the same goes for family photos, trying to get everyone in the same place at the same time with some type of coordinating outfit can almost be impossible. But what is probably one of the most important things and most people don’t follow through with? PRINTING
Printing is the finished process. And probably most of us fall really short when it comes to finishing an image as a whole. Printing your photos is really, really important. Memories become tangible and it reminds us of where we have been and the moments we cherished during that time.
“It has long been acknowledged that family photos on display in a home help boost a child’s sense of identity and create a sense of belonging. Each time they walk by a family photo, which is countless times each day, a message is sent—
You, my dear child, are important. You matter. You have a special place in this world. You are a part of this thing we call family and we love you.
I wonder what they think when they walk by a USB drive?” - Missy Mwac
So I am taking my own advice, printing up a few photos and hanging them up.
Every time I walk by my "wedding wall" I get all the good feels. So happy to have so many good memories from one of the best days of my life.
